fa مشاوره ژنتیک در بیماری دیابت عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">توجه ویژه بر مطالعات علوم پایه، بخش عمده توجه دانشمندان و مراکز علمی تحقیقاتی سراسر جهان را به خود معطوف ساخته است. ژنتیک پزشکی علمی است که پل بین مطالعات بالینی و علوم پایه را با توجه ویژه بر علل مولکولی بیماری‌ها و عوارض آن برقرار نموده است. اهمیت مشاوره ژنتیک به‌عنوان بخش اصلی مدیریت بیماری‌های ارثی، بایستی توسط همه پزشکان لحاظ گردد. در این نوشتار به اصول مشاوره ژنتیک با تمرکز خاص روی بیماری دیابت پرداخته شده است. هدف از این مقاله مروری جلب توجه بیشتر متخصصین غدد و متابولیسم به اصول مذکور و دقت در موارد نادر و فامیلی و ارجاع آنها جهت بررسی بیشتر می‌باشد. تنوع نژادی و شیوع بالای ازدواج فامیلی در ایران و نیز افزایش شیوع و بروز این بیماری، ضرورت بررسی دقیق مولکولی آن را بیشتر می‌نماید</span>.<p></p> <p align="justify">Basic sciences attract specific attention of medical professionals worldwide. Medical genetics can bridge between clinical observations and basic sciences via specific focus on the molecular aspects of diseases. Importance of genetic counseling as the main part of management of inherited disorders should be realized by all physicians. This paper provides genetic counseling essentials with main focus on the endocrinopathies and metabolic disorders especially diabetes mellitus and its complications. This paper may help the endocrinologists to have more attention on these rules for referring rare familial or syndrome cases.
