fa نظری برکمیته‌های اخلاق در پژوهش در جهان و ایران عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family: tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">رشد فناوری در بخش‌های تشخیص، درمان و پیشگیری، رابطه متقابل اخلاق و طب را پررنگ‌تر نموده است. موضوع «اخلاق در پژوهش» یکی از مباحث وموضوعات مهمی است که توسط مجامع بین‌المللی، سازمان‌های منطقه‌ای، سیاستگذاران و برنامه‌ریزان کشورهای مختلف و محققان و متخصصان رشته‌های مختلف علوم و فنون مورد توجه ویژه قرار گرفته است. در همین راستا ایجاد کمیته‌های اخلاق در سطوح مختلف ‌گام مؤثری در جهت توجه به اخلاق در پژوهش محسوب شود. یک «کمیته اخلاق در پژوهش» تشکلی چند مسؤولیتی و مستقل است که پژوهش‌های شامل آزمودنی‌های انسانی را با هدف حفاظت از شأن، حقوق و رفاه آنها مورد ارزیابی قرار می‌دهد.<br>در این مقاله ضمن بیان برخی شواهد تاریخی نقض اصول اخلاقی در پژوهش‌های پزشکی، سیر تدوین قوانین مربوط، و راهنماهای بین‌المللی در مورد کمیته‌های اخلاق و جایگاه آنها در سطح جهان مرور خواهد شد و سپس جایگاه کمیته‌های اخلاق در پژوهش در کشور با استناد به قوانین و آیین نامه‌های موجود و برخی پژوهش‌های صورت گرفته مورد ارزیابی کلی قرار خواهد گرفت. <br>انتظار داریم این مقاله ضمن فراهم نمودن آشنایی هرچه بیشتر پژوهشگران کشورمان با موضوع اخلاق در پژوهش و جایگاه و مسؤولیت‌های کمیته‌های اخلاق در پژوهش، در جهت تقویت این کمیته‌ها در کشور مفید باشد.</span><p></p> Medicine and ethics have increasingly more links caused by considerable progresses in biotechnology in different fields of medical diagnosis, treatment and prevention. The issue of research ethics is one of the most important subjects which have been emphasized by international and regional organizations, policy-makers, medical and religious professions, scientists and researchers in different countries in recent decade. It is widely understood that research ethics committees typically play an important role in evaluating the ethical aspects of medical research. A ‘Research Ethics Committee’ (REC) is defined as a multidisciplinary, independent, body charged with reviewing research involving human participants to ensure that their dignity, rights and welfare are protected. Research ethics committees protect the welfare and rights of participants involved in research through reviewing research proposals, monitoring the conduct of research and dealing with complaints that arise from research. This manuscript will introduce you to the concepts underlying research ethics committees worldwide and in Iran. This paper will begin with a brief history of research ethics, continues with a concise overview of ethics committee situation and responsibilities, and ends with an outline of the national activities.
