fa «مخترع سلام!»؛ احصای نیازهای کودکان دیابتی برای داشتن زندگی بهتر و ارزیابی همسویی پژوهش‌های کشور با این نیازها عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مشکل اصلی انسان مدرن بیماری‌‌های غیرواگیری مانند دیابت است که با بالاترین شیوع، بیشترین هزینه را به جامعه و بیمار تحمیل می‌کند. بیماران دیابتی نیاز‌های ویژ‌های را برای زندگی با کیفیت دارند که از جمله مأموریت‌‌های سیستم پژوهشی، شناسایی نیازها و تلاش برای رفع آنها است. در این مطالعه به بررسی نیاز‌های واقعی یک بیمار دیابتی و کارآمدی تحقیقات انجام شده در این زمینه پرداخته شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش&rlm;ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مشکل اصلی انسان مدرن بیماری‌‌های غیرواگیری مانند دیابت است که با بالاترین شیوع، بیشترین هزینه را به جامعه و بیمار تحمیل می‌کند. بیماران دیابتی نیاز‌های ویژ‌های را برای زندگی با کیفیت دارند که از جمله مأموریت‌‌های سیستم پژوهشی، شناسایی نیازها و تلاش برای رفع آنها است. در این مطالعه به بررسی نیاز‌های واقعی یک بیمار دیابتی و کارآمدی تحقیقات انجام شده در این زمینه پرداخته شده است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> اظهارات والدین کودکان دیابتی در قالب 12 نیاز واقعی احصا شد. بزرگترین دغدغه والدین روش تهاجمی تست گلوکز خون و درخواست برای ابداع روشی غیرتهاجمی برای اندازه‌گیری قند خون بود. از میان مقالات منتشر شده از سوی پژوهشگران ایرانی در طی ده سال، 3% مقالات به نوعی با نیاز‌های واقعی بیماران دیابتی مرتبط بودند. همچنین از مجموع 1017 اختراع ثبت شده از ایران در بانک‌‌های اطلاعاتی جستجو شده، 3 اختراع مرتبط با دیابت بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بحث:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در حمایت از انجام پژوهش‌ها و تعیین اولویت‌‌های پژوهشی در کشور، لازم است نسبت متعادلی میان پژوهش‌‌های بنیادین و کاربردی لحاظ گردد تا جامعه بیماران از نتایج زودرس پژوهش‌ها نیز به خوبی و به موقع بهره‌مند گردند.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Background</strong><strong>:</strong> The main problem of modern humans is non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc. Diabetes has the highest prevalence. It imposes many costs on society and the patient. Diabetics have special needs for a better life; hence, the researcher&#39;s aim is to accomplish them by defining researches and technology missions. Our purpose was to understand the real needs of a diabetic patient. Previous studies were evaluated to find out which one was effective.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this research, 120 diabetic children&#39;s parents were requested to write a letter entitled &quot;Hi Inventor&quot; and describe any efficient inventions, which could make life easier for their children. Besides, research papers and patents from Iran over the past ten years have been evaluated in terms of their compliance with patients&#39; needs.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Parent&#39;s statements gathered in the form of 12 real needs. The main concern was the invasive method of blood glucose testing and they were asking for innovative method to measure blood glucose with less pain. Among published articles by Iranian researchers over the past ten years, 3% of the articles were in some way related to the actual needs of patients with diabetes.
