fa مروری بر پیشگیری و درمان مشکلات پا در بیماری دیابت: راهنمای خلاصه برای مراقبت روزانه بر اساس راهنمای کارگروه بین المللی پای دیابتی تخصصي Special مروري Review <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پای دیابتی یکی از عوارض دیابت است که بخش عمده‌ای از بیماران مبتلا به دیابت به آن مبتلا شده و هزینه‌های بسیاری را به خانواده و نظام ارائه خدمت در جامعه تحمیل می‌کند</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">.</span></span></span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">هدف این مقاله مروری بیان خلاصه آخرین یافته‌های حوزه‌ی پای دیابتی بر اساس راهنماهای بالینی است. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این مطالعه مروری به منظور دستیابی به بهترین راهنمای بالینی </span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در حوزه‌ی پای دیابتی</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">با تعیین راهبرد جستجو و معیار‌های ورود و خروج تمام راهنماهای بالینی مرتبط در پایگاه‌ها و وب سایت‌های دستورالعمل‌های بالینی جستجو شدند. راهنماهای بالینی مرتبط با مراقبت پای دیابتی در بازه‌ی زمانی ژانویه&nbsp; 2000 تا ابتدای 2019 جستجو و بازیابی شد و برای انتخاب راهنمای بالینی منتخب توسط دو پژوهشگر به‌طور مجزا غربالگری شد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> براساس معیارهای مطالعه راهنمای بالینی کارگروه بین المللی پای دیابتی به‌عنوان کامل‌ترین راهنمای حوزه‌ی پای دیابتی انتخاب شد. </span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این مرور اصول اساسی پیشگیری و درمان مشکلات پا در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت به‌طور خلاصه در بخش‌های پیشگیری از بروز زخم‌های پا در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت در معرض خطر، پوشش پا و ابزار کاهنده‌ی فشار جهت پیشگیری و بهبود زخم پا در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت، تشخیص، پیش آگهی و درمان بیماری شریان محیطی در بیماران مبتلا به زخم‌های پای دیابتی، تشخیص و درمان عفونت‌های پا در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت و مداخلات به‌منظور ارتقاء بهبود زخم‌های مزمن پا در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت ارایه شده است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong>: <span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">این خلاصه به مهم‌ترین نکات بخش‌های پیشگیری و درمان مشکلات پا در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت می‌پردازد. به تیم درمان توصیه می‌شود که کل راهنما را در هر موضوع جهت دستیابی به توصیه‌های جزئی‌تر و همچنین مرورهای سیستماتیک با بحث‌های جزئی‌تر در مورد شواهد مطالعه نمایند.</span></span> <strong>Background:</strong> Diabetic foot is one of the main complications of diabetes, which is caused by a significant proportion of patients with diabetes and which imposes costs on the family and the health system around the world. This review aims to summarize the latest findings in the field of diabetic foot based on clinical guidelines.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this review study, in order to achieve the best clinical guide in the field of diabetic foot by determining the search strategy and inclusion criteria, all related clinical guides were searched in the databases and websites of clinical guidelines.&nbsp; Clinical guidelines related to diabetic foot care were searched and retrieved from January 2000 to early 2019 and screened separately by two researchers to select the selected clinical guideline.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Based on the study criteria, the clinical guide of the International Diabetic Foot Working Group was selected as the most complete guide in the field of diabetic foot. This summary is based on the International Working Group on the Diabetic Foot (IWGDF) Guidance 2015, consist of five documents including prevention of foot ulcers in at‐risk patients, footwear and offloading principles, diagnosis, prognosis and management of peripheral artery disease, foot infections in patients with diabetes and enhance healing of chronic ulcers of the foot in diabetes.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> This Summary Guidance for Daily Practice is intended to overview of the main aspects of the prevention and treatment of foot problems in patients with diabetes.
