fa مطالعات سالمندان در پژوهشگاه علوم غدد و متابولیسم عمومى General مروري Review <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">شناسایی عوامل خطر سلامت سالمندان و نیز طراحی مداخلاتی در جهت ارتقاء سلامت سالمندان از اولویت‌های سیستم خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی در دنیای کنونی است که در قدم اول نیازمند ارتقاء دانش علمی در زمینه‌ی مشکلات سلامتی سالمندان است. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این مطالعه‌ی مروری که در سال 1399 انجام شده است، تمام مطالعاتی که با کلید واژه‌ی سالمندی یا بیمارهای مرتبط با سالمندی نظیر آترواسکلروز، پوکی استخوان، دیابت، دمانس، فریلتی، اختلالات شناختی، عملکرد روزمره زندگی، وضعیت تغذیه‌ای با وابستگی سازمانی مرکز تحقیقات علوم غدد و متابولیسم و یا مرکز تحقیقات سلامت سالمندان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران بدون محدودیت زمانی در بانک های اطلاعاتی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Pub</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Med Web of Science, </span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Scopus</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">,</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و موتور جستجوی گوگل اسکالر مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در مجموع 115 مقاله با این کلمات کلیدی یافت شد که با بررسی نحوه‌ی نمونه‌گیری، روش کار، آنالیز داده‌ها و نیز حذف داده‌های مشابه در نهایت 63 مقاله مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این راستا، مرکز تحقیقات سلامت سالمندان مطالعات متعددی در جهت بومی‌سازی ابزارهای ارزیابی سلامت سالمندان، شناسایی بیمارهای شایع سالمندی، شیوع و بار بیماری‌ها و سندرم‌های سالمندی و طراحی چندین مطالعه‌ی مداخله‌ای در قالب سه مطالعه‌ی بزرگ شامل مطالعه‌ی سالمندان کهریزک، مطالعه‌ی سلامت سالمندان بوشهر و مطالعه‌ی طولی سالمندی بیرجند انجام داده است که در این مطالعه‌ی مروری مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. </span></span> <strong>Background: </strong>Identifying the risk factors for the health of the elderly and designing interventions to improve the health of the elderly is one of the priorities of the health care system in the world today. This first requires the promotion of scientific knowledge in the field of health problems of the elderly.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this review conducted in 1399, all studies with the keyword of aging or age-related diseases such as atherosclerosis, osteoporosis, diabetes, dementia, frailty, cognitive impairment, daily life function, nutritional status with organizational affiliation of the Endocrinology and Metabolism Research center or the Elderly Health Research Center of Tehran University of Medical Sciences were reviewed without time limit in databases, PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus and Google Scalar search engines.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>A total of 115 studies were found with these keywords.
