fa دستاوردها و پیشرفت‌های‌ تحقیقات دیابت در طی یک ربع قرن: مروری بر شواهد موجود تخصصي Special مروري Review <pre dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پژوهشگاه علوم غدد و متابولیسم (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">EMRI</span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) یکی از بزرگترین مؤسسات تحقیقاتی در ایران است که برای ایجاد راهبردهای تحقیقاتی و مدیریت بیماری‌های غدد و متابولیک مانند دیابت ایجاد شده است. هدف این گزارش مرور و جمع‌بندی فعالیت‌های تحقیقاتی انجام شده مرتبط با دیابت در ربع قرن در </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">EMRI</span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> است.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"></span></span></pre> <pre dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> یک جستجوی جامع در </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">PubMed</span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> ، </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">Scopus</span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">Embase</span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> برای یافتن مطالعات مرتبط با دیابت در </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">EMRI</span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> انجام شد. پس از استخراج داده‌ها، مقالات براساس نوع مقاله، سطح شواهد، انواع دیابت و موضوع آنها طبقه‌بندی شدند.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"></span></span></pre> <pre dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> پس از حذف موارد تکراری و غربالگری در نهایت 228 مقاله باقی‌ ماند که طبقه‌بندی شدند. بیشتر تحقیقات دیابت انجام شده در مرکز تحقیقات دیابت (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">DRC</span></span><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) در مورد دیابت نوع دو (37%) بود. براساس نوع مقاله، بیشتر مقالات اورجینال بودند. علاوه بر این، مطالعات بالینی بیشترین شواهد را در مستندات به‌دست آمده تشکیل می‌دادند. براساس موضوع، بیشتر مقالات مربوط به علوم پایه و عوامل مرتبط با دیابت بود و به‌دنبال آن مطالعات مربوط به مدیریت و پیشگیری از دیابت قرار داشتند.</span></span></pre> <pre dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;direction:rtl;unicode-bidi:embed;"> <strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> بیشتر تحقیقات انجام شده در مرکز تحقیقات دیابت در ربع قرن اخیر از نوع مطالعات اصیل و در موضوعات علوم پایه در حوزه‌ی دیابت نوع دو است و بیشترین شواهد تولید شده مربوط به مطالعات مشاهده‌ای هستند. </span></span></pre> <strong>Background</strong>: Endocrinology and Metabolism Research Institute (EMRI) is one of the largest research institutes in Iran, which has been established to develop research strategies and manage endocrine and metabolic diseases such as diabetes. The purpose of this report is to review and summarize research activities related to diabetes over a quarter of a century at EMRI.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: A comprehensive search of PubMed, Scopus and EMBASE was conducted to find diabetes-related studies in EMRI. After extracting the data, the articles were classified according to the type of article, the level of evidence, the types of diabetes and their subject.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: After eliminating duplicates and screening, finally 228 articles were classified. Most diabetes research conducted at the Diabetes Research Center (DRC) was on type 2 diabetes (37%). By article type, most of the articles were original. In addition, clinical studies provided the most evidence in the obtained documents.
