fa بررسی شیوع پلی‌مورفیسم‌های rs5219 و rs5215 در جمعیت دیابتی نوع دو فامیلی استان یزد Prevalence of Rs5219 and Rs5215 Polymorphisms in the Familial Type 2 Diabetic Population of Yazd Province تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research مقدمه: دیابت نوع دو یک بیماری شایع چند فاکتوری است که در قرن حاضر مورد کاوش متخصصان و پژوهشگران بسیاری قرار گرفته است. مطالعات انجام شده، اهمیت و جایگاه ژنتیک در ارتباط با دیابت را به خوبی نشان می‌دهند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی شیوع پلی‌مورفیسم‌های rs5219 و rs5215 در جمعیت دیابتی نوع دو فامیلی استان یزد است. روش‌ها: این مطالعه، یک مطالعۀ مورد-شاهدی است که بر روی 200 نفر (100 نفر بیمار مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو با سابقۀ مثبت خانوادگی ابتلا به دیابت نوع دو و 100 نفر سالم بدون سابقۀ ابتلا به دیابت در خانواده) صورت گرفت. در این مطالعه با استفاده از تکنیک ARMS-PCR به بررسی ژنوتیپ گروه بیمار و گروه شاهد پرداخته شده است و برای بیان نتایج از شاخص‌های پراکندگی و تست‌های آماری پارامتری همچون P-value و Chi-square استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: آنالیز آماری نشان داد که اختلاف معناداری بین فراوانی آللی و ژنوتیپی در دو گروه بیمار و کنترل در پلی‌مورفیسم rs5215 با میزان P=0.0015 و در پلی‌مورفیسم rs5219 با میزان P=0.0342 وجود دارد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاضر نشان داد که پلی‌مورفیسم rs5215 وrs5219 ژنKCNJ11  می‌تواند با بیماری دیابت نوع دو در جمعیت استان یزد در ارتباط باشد اگرچه برای تأیید این نتایج نیاز به انجام مطالعات گسترده است. Background: Type 2 diabetes is a common multifactorial disease that has been studied by researchers in this century. These studies show the importance and position of genetics in relation to diabetes. The purpose of this study is to investigate the prevalence of rs5219 and rs5215 polymorphisms in the familial type 2 diabetic population of Yazd province. Methods: This study is a case-control study that was conducted on 200 people (100 type 2 diabetes patients with a positive family history of type 2 diabetes and 100 healthy people without a family history of diabetes). In this study, using the ARMS-PCR technique, the genotype of the patient group and the control group were examined, and dispersion indices and parametric statistical tests such as P-value and Chi-square were used to determine the significant relationship between diabetes and genetics. Results: Statistical analysis showed that there is a significant difference between the allelic and genotypic frequencies in both patient and control groups in rs5215 polymorphism with P=0.0015 and in rs5219 polymorphism with P=0.0342.
