Dear Editor-in-Chief of the Iranian Journal of Diabetes and Metabolism:

The aforementioned study aimed to investigate the concurrent effects of combined exercise training and grape seed extract (GSE) supplementation on oxidative and antioxidant indices in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes. The research, in terms of its design as a randomized clinical trial with independent group allocation, possesses a relatively appropriate structure, and its topic is noteworthy from the perspective of women's health and non-pharmacological interventions in diabetes. However, the following critiques concerning methodological, statistical, and interpretative dimensions are noteworthy
